Furnace minecart

We want a furnace minecart on bedrock. Make it so that one charcoal/coal moves the minecart one block per item it would normally smelt. How many items does one coal smelt? Your cart now moves that number of blocks. Oh, and it would be cool if we could connect carts with chain.
