Snowy Biome Update

For the love of God add snow covered variants of all the blocks in the game!!! Stairs, slabs, fences, walls, all of it! Have icicles dangle from cliffs, or village houses! Have Chiseled Ice for decoration! Let snow accumulate under leaves and around fences and walls! Make Snow Golems spawn in Snowy Villages for fun. I like them.

This Update would also be a great time to add penguins and Iceologers from the past mob votes. Maybe put the Iceologer in raids that happen in snowy villages. Could have them spawn in or near Igloos.

WAYS TO AVOID POWDERED SNOW. A potion of frost resistance made from an icicle or something that negates the effects of Powdered Snow. Oh, and make frost walker allow to travel over powdered snow. While we're talking about potions, give them a recipe book.

Ambience. Need I say more? Particles, sounds, all that good stuff.

Maybe add snowstorms that accelerate snow piling and make it difficult to see. If you want to go further, then you could even add Blizzards that not only do all that Snowstorms do but also freeze you like powdered snow. You could also add Ice Caves with Icicles, ice, and snow.
