Hotbar wheel selection

For players on mobile enable a option to have two buttons on both sides of the hotbar that enable players to hold and drag their fingers on 3x3 hotbar wheel for eight of the furthest items from that side. Just tapping the button would instantly select the first or last item depending on if its the left/right buttons. For consoles, holding the left/right hotbar buttons would allow players to use the analog to select 8 of the items from the first or last end of the hotbar. This could even help the mentioned combat update, save players from constantly tapping to select items, balance out with PC hotbar number buttons, and offer a faster gameplay all at the same time.
