Don't have to pay for soulsteel

Since there is now something called soulsteel on bedrock edition(I don't know if its on Java edition) you have to have xbox live or something to play on servers but I would like to try it out, so could you make it where you dont have to pay to play soulsteel?

    IDK how to play soulsteel but I have 30 coins :/
