Axes, Hoes and Spears Attack Speed

Right now axes and hoes have a higher attack speed the better the tier they have is but that doesn't make sense and is the complete opposite with spears which have a slower attack speed the higher tier they have. I suggest changing the attack speed of the axes and hoes to be slower the higher tier it is but not much slower so this change is not annoying. Could be something like:

Axes:

Wood/Gold: 1.3, Stone/Copper: 1.2, Iron: 1.1, The rest: 1

Hoes:

Wood/Gold: 4, Stone/Copper: 3.5, Iron: 3, The rest: 2.5

I know that it doesn't make much sense since gold and copper are heavier than iron and diamond is lighter but it's better like that for balance like with the spear

Also, the copper spear should have the same speed as stone ones and the gold one should have the same speed as diamond and netherite since copper rn is worse than stone instead of better and gold is used for it's speed in tools and enchantability, so it would make sense for it to be faster
