Minecraft Bedrock Debug Screen

It would be great for Minecraft Bedrock Edition to have a toggleable debug screen so that Bedrock players can use it to find bases on servers, as well as Java players. Also, could there be a way to be able to activate texture packs in-game on Bedrock Edition? I've seen Java players do this, and it looks significantly faster than having to exit the world, go to settings, and activate the texture pack before re-entering.
