Customisable Capes

Same way we are able to customise our characters we should be able to customise our own capes. All designs used on the banner should also be available for the capes plus more. I play on Minecraft: Pocket Edition and the limited number of capes and the inability to have my designs portrayed on the capes is sad. Please add a way where us players can customise our own capes in the dressing room.
