Add Full Cape and Skin Sync Between Java and Bedrock Editions

Hello Mojang team, I would like to suggest adding a complete synchronization system for capes and skins between Minecraft: Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. Currently, players who own special capes such as Minecon Capes or the Migrator Cape can only use them on Java Edition. Many players have now moved to Bedrock Edition because it’s more accessible — available on mobile, consoles, and Windows. It would be great if these unique capes (especially Minecon and Migrator) could also appear on Bedrock accounts linked to the same Microsoft account. This would make the unified account system truly complete and fair for all players who have been supporting Minecraft for years. It would also motivate more Java players to connect their accounts and continue playing across both editions.
