Enchantment Update

Over all I would appreciate if there was just more enchantments overall in the game with more magic so to speak, for all of the tools. I think enchantments are greatly underutilized, and I think just having more enchantments to make different builds would be cool. Even having old enchantments getting a higher level that is more difficult to get would be really awesome, like for example, fire aspect III could inflict soul fire, but to get it you would need to find it in a really dangerous area.
