Make the fletching table useful! Crafting new arrows with nuggets!

You could make so that the fletching table is used to craft; Copper Arrows, Iron Arrows, Gold Arrows.
With Nuggets, you could make less arrows than the flint, but, you make then progressive stronger.
Also you could make ender pearl arrows, that teleport you to the place much further.
Make the fletcher villager able to defend itself using a crossbow against mobs, that way we could use them to help fend off the pillagers!
