Ridable Sniffers

Sniffers should be ridable and have chests. Their saddle can either have 3 seats or 1 seat and 2 double chests on either side. In other words, this is the wagon the community's been asking for. 

Their movement speed is passively increased when you use a torchflower on a stick. 

Sniffers in armor have a knockback so that blows aside any mob that collides with it, letting it become a TANK.

This would be a great addition to the game - especially now - because it assists the inventory problem and expands the mayhem possibilities in this drop making sniffers more than a hard-to-obtain mob that only provides 2 flowers. 

 

On a related note, please make all animal armor have boot enchants like frost walker and soul speed. This will positively change nether highways and encourage players to explore since they won't be kicked off their mount when they cross rivers.

    Bro, I have a similar proposal, and I really hope that our proposals will be heard. It would be an incredible implementation, so much so that it would motivate us to explore all terrains in a good way with that prehistoric tank, the sniffer.

    Llamas and donkeys already exist for transporting items via animal, why not use multiple llamas attatched to a donkey rather than the animal that is super slow? Sniffers dont look like they would be built for speed.

    Multiple lamas attached to a donkey won't give me a TANK! If a sniffer has armor and can knock back hostiles similar to the knockback enchantment then the sniffer becomes a loved mob! It also fuels the 'Mounts of Mayhem' theme. More mayhem! Easily! 

    Also, if donkeys, mules, and lamas have chests why shouldn't big animals like a sniffer or the camel also have chests. IRL camels are used to transport goods. Horses are used to transport goods. 

    I made this suggestion because it fit the theme and I'd genuinely love to see it in game. Minecraft is cool because it gives us many ways to achieve an outcome. I want to add sniffers to transportation and combat mayhem. It fits, is Minecrafty, and has reasonable emergent game potential.
