Option to turn off command blocks from the survival menu in Java

Basically, a button in the world edit menu in-game where you can turn off/on command blocks for that world, since if you accidentally make a (for example) command block that kills everyone in the world and you can't turn it off, it's really hard to fix the problem. But if there was a button in the survival menu for that world that could turn them off, it would be so helpful, especially considering that Java realms has the option in it's menu.
