Sugar Cubes as Placeable Blocks & Horse Speed Boost

We have blocks of iron, coal, wheat, wart, kelp and MANY others yet the one real life compressed storage "block" that exists isn't in the game.

Sugar blocks would be craft-able with 9 pieces of sugar and be able to be broken back down into 9 sugar.

They would be a white, semi porous looking full block just like real life sugar cubes. 

If fed to a horse they would give the horse a short speed boost effect since speed potions are brewed with sugar and its an old saying that horses live sugar cubes.

This would be a great addition to the spear jousting with horses coming in the next drop AND give sugar from witch farms a legitimate use beyond speed potions that you now get as drops from trial chambers, and for making cakes which doesn't happen a lot.
