Tamed Horses stay put

i'm sure i'm not the only one who's ever said this, but now that we're getting a whole update centered around mounts, can we get the ghast functionality of staying in a 16 block radius of where you parked your mount for our tamed Horse please? 

i cannot count the number of times i turned around for one second and my trusty steed has somehow managed to climb half a mountain and disappeared behind a random rock

    I think the ridable mobs should stay in a 16 block radius where you last dismounted them
