Elytra Nerf to boost Mounts: Getting wet makes you exponentially drop

I think an easy need to the elytra would be to make it so whenever you're wet (rain, underwater, potions ig), the elytra becomes "soaked" and too heavy to keep open, which would reduce its effectiveness. If you're flying when it starts to rain, you would slowly drop out of the sky as to not immediately kill you. By making elytra unable to be used when wet, it would provide more reason to search for other means of transport and not have a one size fits all situation.

    Elytra is post Ender dragon, literally endgame, it doesn't need to be nerfed, the other mounts are ones that should be buffed
