Vindicators with Spears should spawn in raids during the final rounds

To spice up Raids a bit, Vindicators with Spears should spawn during the last couple of rounds during a raid.
Either just by themselves or with a Ravager mount. This would not only make Raids more difficult, (something people have been wanting for a while now), but would also just fit right in with the new drop as a whole I believe.

  This makes complete sense! Mojang should take this into consideration since ravagers already act as a mount for pillagers.
