Prevent Zombie Horses from spawning underground

I suggest requiring access to the sky for zombie horse spawning so they don't spawn underground in caves.

It feels unnatural to have them in caves, they're a surface mob.

    The zombies should ride something else underground. Maybe something that clings to the ceiling and then drops the zombie on you?

    Them spawning underground explains where they go during the daytime! I like to think of zombies taking refuge from the sun in the day, same can be said for the ZH

    Perhaps it should check for a large open area before spawning zombie horses, because I'll admit if they spawn in tight caves that would be a bit odd, but if they are spawning in the wide open caves I think that sounds fine.
