Oxygen-Based Dash Mechanic for Nautilus

The Nautilus’ dash should consume oxygen bubbles, and these bubbles could be replenished if the player drinks a Water Breathing potion. This would act as a nerf to the Nautilus but also give the Water Breathing potion an additional, meaningful use.

    Could also be cool if the dash just took off the Nautilus effect but, while riding it without dashing, every other aquatic effect stops going down. This could make the turtle shell more useful since it would allow you to make way more dashes underwater before your oxygen runs out
