Why did Mojang change the BE PE in such a counter-intuitive way?

I am a Bedrock Mobile Edition player who uses directional buttons for movement and alternates between the jump and sneak buttons. Ever since the new Copper Age update was released in October 2025, I noticed that in Creative mode, when flying, the jump or upward movement button—which used to be in the middle of the four directional buttons at the bottom left of the screen—has disappeared. Mojang moved it above the sneak button at the bottom right of the screen. This has been a major blow to my muscle memory and has hindered my ability to perform various actions while playing Minecraft.
