Make the upcoming spear take BOTH entity’s velocity into account. For example, if two players are both traveling on horses in the same direction and one attacks the other, the damage would be minimal as the RELATIVE speed of the attacked entity. In contrast, if two players on horses run into eachother and use a spear, assuming the horses have the same speed the damage would be doubled (like how a head on collision with another moving car is worse than a wall).
