Make diamonds more common at Y=11 for the nostalgia

Having diamonds more common at the bottom of the world is excellent, but it would be neat if the diamonds still generated at Y=11 sometimes, without being extremely rare. I would enjoy mining higher in the world for the nostalgia of finding stone diamond ores, and because you could find large caves going deep underground as you mine.

I would suggest that the diamond ore distribution would be the same, except with a spike around Y=11.

They should be rare enough that mining in caves for diamonds would be better, but they still should be able to be found at Y=11.

Also, bringing back 8-veins of diamonds would be cool. This might work better in the deepslate layer to encourage players to mine deeper.
