Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Crouching should prevent chests from connecting in Bedrock Edition

Hello Mojang team, In Minecraft Bedrock Edition, two single chests always connect when placed next to each other, even while crouching. This makes it difficult to place two single chests side by side for decoration or organization. It would be really helpful if crouching (sneaking) prevented chests from connecting — similar to how crouching prevents interacting with blocks. That way, we could choose whether we want single or double chests without needing trapped chests or gaps between them. This small change would make building and storage setups much more flexible and consistent with how crouching already works for other blocks. Thank you for considering this improvement!
