Fix anvils

Make anvils not break or make them repairable like iron golems because half a stack of iron for an anvil that breaks is crazy

    That's fine since iron is pretty common and is the main reason to get iron. Also you don't use anvils too much. The anvil breaking even makes copper gear more useful to save iron
