Allow Milk Buckets and Honey to be used for hydrating Happy Ghasts

This might require Milk to be a flowing liquid with source blocks and things, but why not?

Or besides this, add Buckets of Honey to the game, with the same flowing behavior as Water and Lava.

Using Milk or Honey could give Ghasts certain abilities they don't normally have.

A Happy Ghast raised on Milk could be given immunity to poison and wither effects...

A Happy Ghast raised on Honey could make normal Ghasts want to avoid them rather than attacking, or maybe make normal Ghasts indifferent to their riders instead of hostile.
