New game mode: Halloween drop?

A new game mode for people who like spooky games, it could be like peaceful but mobs would only spawn under ground and except creaking and ender men. And you could have the hunger bar still drain witch would insensitive farming. Maybe a new mob or biome specific mob that would stalk you like the rascal but if you ignore it for to long it steals items from one chest and puts them in another chest. Would make a cool Halloween drop maybe? :3
