Oxidizing Copper Armor For Better Stats.

My idea is to make it so that if you put copper armor on an armor stand, after awhile it will start to oxidize and get better stats. The more oxidized the armor gets the better the stats the gear will get. At the highest tier of oxidization the armor can be half way between iron and diamond, After waiting for a significant amount of time of course ;)
