make custom skins compatible with the new bedrock pfp system

since there's people on bedrock who uses custom skins, their custom skins are not appearing on their profile. please make custom skins compatible with the new bedrock profile pic system

    Please make the extracted skins function as icons or profile pictures in Minecraft Bedrock so it's easier to find people to play with, because they're all currently default.
