My suggestion is to create a system where mobs in Survival mode evolve over time, increasing in difficulty as the days pass. For example:
Days 1–20: normal mobs, spawning individually or in small groups.
Days 30–50: mobs start appearing in larger groups.
Days 70–100: hordes of zombies with mixed armor (iron + diamond) start appearing.
From day 100 onwards: mini-boss zombies appear, progressively stronger, eventually with Netherite armor.
Skeletons and other mobs could evolve similarly.
This keeps the game challenging even when players already have strong armor and powerful equipment, making the experience more dynamic and strategic.
Optional: Creepers could have special effects instead of armor (e.g., stronger explosions or unique abilities).
