Revert 25w19a (1.21.6) projectile tolerance changes

The 25w19a projectile tolerance changes have made it significantly more difficult to hit entities close to the player, making the bow practically useless short range.

    forgot to mention that this makes bow pvp terrible, because you miss 90% of the time.
