Better Off-Hand Support for Bedrock & Pocket Edition

I would love to see a proper off-hand system added to Minecraft Bedrock and Pocket Edition, similar to Java Edition — but optimized for low-end devices so everyone can use it without lag. Currently, the Bedrock/Pocket Edition off-hand is very limited and mostly restricted to shields and a few items. My idea is to introduce a Lightweight Off-Hand Upgrade, allowing players to use more tools and items in the off-hand without increasing performance load.
