toggleable fog for java

bedrock as the ability to toggle fog on and off but java doesn't have that ability and requiring java player to used no for/removed fog resouce pack or mod to remove the fog for a clear view ahead.

i am making a massive wilded guess and majority of java player either has a no/removed fog mod or resouce pack.

if the ability to toggle the fog on and off is added to minecraft java i bet a lot of minecratf java players will use it
