grapple hooks (please mojang hear me out)

mojang already has the code implemented in the poisonous potato april fools update so just recreate that in this form: it's item looks like a chain with a hook attached, and this crafting recipe: i = iron ingot c = chain

[i][i][ ]

[i][c][ ]

[ ][ ][c].

this would add a use for the currently cosmetic only chains and make the game more interesting. like i said at the top, just copy the code from the lashing potato and give a new texture, durability, and recipe.
