First of all, I know that an End Update is like the most requested thing by the Minecraft community. However, there's one major issue with that: 90% of players don't even make it there, and I would assume that means even fewer make it past the dragon. While updating it would probably would improve this percentage, I doubt it would be something that the large majority of the community would enjoy.
Instead, I would suggest updating places that lots of people go that actually need improvements, such as:
- Woodland Biomes (especially forests): these biomes together currently take up more of the Overworld's surface than any other type of biome, yet they are almost completely structureless. They really need to have new structures added to make our adventures in them more exciting.
- Oceans: With the nautilus being added, I am 99% sure that requests to add more to ocean biomes are about to go way up.
- The Nether: While it has some things to explore, it is a bit lacking compared to the Overworld.
