Itemframe + honeycomb = easier chest use

Problem: having no way to make items frames non interactable. Makes it a lot harder to use chest that have a item frame on them.

Solution: if you shift right click on a item frame that has a item (or not) in it with a honeycomb it should make it not interactable. remove honeycomb effect with a Axe like normally. or a better way of removing.

With that people can use them for chest a lot easier then before.
