This new drop looks like it's definitely going to be a blast, but I think there are a few things it will need in order to live up to it's name.
The current list of mounts in the game is pretty small: horses (+ their variants), llamas, camels, pigs, happy ghast, and now the nautilus. I think if Mojang is going to give the nautilus and horses tiered armor, then they should just round it out and make armor for all the mountable mobs. There two ways they could go about this: one, they could make it so you have to craft individual armor types for each mountable mob; or two, they could combine the two current tier-sets into one set, and just call it "mount armor." I personally believe the latter would be more efficient and would make more sense. This would be especially nice for happy ghasts, as I've found that they die far to easily when just messing around with friends.
Additionally, I think certain mounts could be expanded upon. Llamas, for example, are fairly lack-luster in their current state; perhaps it could be changed so that llama spit deals slightly more damage, and maybe they wouldn't need leads to follow the player anymore. This could essentially allow the player to have a weaker, but longer-ranged animal to attack for them.
Also, while y'all are all it, why not update the ocean a little bit? Some more dangerous sea-critters would be nice, as it would give the player a reason to protect their nautilus.
