Snow In Temperate Biomes

Snow in temperate biomes would be a rare weather condition that brings a pleasant little surprise. Snow would not accumulate on the ground like in cold biomes, and only serve as a ambient affect. Perhaps Snow chances increase in real life months like December or on Christmas day as a fun Easter egg.
