Add a Dynamic Light Source of Some Sort

I believe everyone’s been waiting on this for a long time. We have all wanted some way of holding the light, to the point that theres mods and add ons based around this idea. We all want a way to hold a torch, lantern or candle in our off hand or main hand and have it able to emit light to the surrounding area just like if you placed it down. Or, a new tool, add a mining helmet. You use an iron or copper helmet, and add some sort of light source on the front like a candle or lantern, it has a timer on it like a durability, and once it goes out you have to swap it for a new one or add more fuel. I believe the concern with adding dynamic light is that it would defeat the purpose of placing torches and such, but with the timer of it going dark, it could only be used in quick and dire situations, and it wouldn't stop mob spawning, therefore you’d want to place torches to keep yourself safe. I believe it would be in all fans interest to add this and it would fit in very well with the abandoned mineshafts and such.
