Zombie horse part of sieges

Now that it's in game make it part of the siege event

    Absolutely agree with this. It would also just be easier to tell if it's a siege and not just an unusual amount of zombies!

    This could make them a little more dangerous. Prehaps the chances of them appearing depend on the difficulty?
