Using Nautilus and Happy Ghasts as Scaffolding

By allowing players to place blocks adjacent to certain mounts, players could easily build mid-water and mid-air without supports!

    Nautili seem like they would be a bit hard to use as scaffolding (besides, kelp can already be used for that purpose), but happy ghasts should work like this.
