Add a feature for the locator bar

Add the command /team modify teamName locatorBar hideForOtherTeams

This is useful when players are divided into teams. If you apply this command to all teams, only members of your team will be visible in the locator. It's also worth adding the following settings: always, hideForOwnTeams, never
