Off hand feature in bedrock

Because we are facing a lot of problems. 1. When we are doing pvp we cannot placed some bow apple food. 2.when we are using mace + wind charge . The is on off hand not at a normal hand This thing we facing problem

    Give us off hand feature for every item and blocks.
    To making building easy. And similar like Java,
    In cave, the torches have to glow in off hand.
    Also add a button, to activate off hand items,weapons and blocks.
