Let Creators publish free add-ons on the marketplace (switch friendly)

problem: The Minecraft Marketplace and Nintendo's console rules make it impossible for hobby Creators to publish free add-ons that switch players can download without using Realms or other hacks, this locks out a big part of the player base and makes sharing creative content harder. propose change: allow an official free submission track for small creators (non-monetized), or permit creator Uploads that are free and Verified. At Minimum, Provide an easier official workflow for importing user created .mcaddon content console worlds via or a one-click Marketplace style import. Why it matters: many creators(including kids and hobbyists) build quality add-ons that should be playable by everyone put switch players are locked out unless they complicated transfer workarounds. Making a free publishing Path Play grow Community content and make Minecraft more open and fun.

    I know some of y'all might not give a shish about this but as someone who only has access to a switch this would be the legendary if Mojang could just add this
