Ribbon and Heavy Arrows

A potential use for the fletching table would be the introduction of ribbon arrows and heavy arrows.  

Ribbon arrows would be crafted via up to 16 arrows + 1 wool carpet.  This would add that wool color as a ribbon on the arrow, allowing players to show their team spirit or better identify who's arrow is who's.  

The heavy arrow would be an arrow variant that deals more damage (maybe 2x) with the cost of having a greater projectile drop rate.  Throw an obsidian block into a crafting table to get back 4 obsidian shards.  Use an obsidian shard like a flint in the arrow recipe to make heavy arrows.  (Maybe the obsidian shard could also be used for something like a spear?)  The heavy arrows would have the greater projectile drop as mention earlier, but this could be negated by firing them out of a crossbow only, giving the crossbow more uses.
