Smelt copper ingots at campfires

Copper has a much lower melting point than iron does and it was historically formed at campfires to make spear-heads and arrow-heads.

I propose that the player should be able to smelt copper into ingots as you would roast pork upon a campfire.

This would make all copper equipment easily accessible for how abundant it is.
(It also has a sort of "tinker's" vibe instead of the usual stone aged one.)
