Pets necessities

I've had this idea for quite sometime now, whenever you tame a wolf or a cat, it automatically becomes your pet right. I was thinking once you've tamed it it's under your care now, I think it would be cool if we had a separate pet status, on the corner or even above the inventory. It allows you to see whenever your pet is starving, exhausted, needs to bathe, emotions etc. Which also means extra items for the pet like, a customize leash instead of lead so it doesn't snap off. Food bowls in different designs for cats and dogs. Or any other pet that you can tame and make it yours. Collar changes, accessories, dog food and treats even. It would be really nice to have this on Minecraft!
