Please allow experimental changes to be added to pre-established worlds

What do you want done? I would like to use the minecart improvements experimental changes in my minecraft world, currently the only way to do so is to create a new world instead of enabling it on one already created.
Why do you want something done? I enjoy minecarts and wished they where viable transportation again.
How do you want something done? Just allow the changes to be enabled on pre-established worlds, put a warning to backup the world if it might cause problems.
