Cheaper chains + Cheaper lanterns

Chains are insanely expensive for a decorative block. They should definitely be easier to craft; two iron nuggets and an iron ingot for one single chain is way too much. It's currently more resource-efficient to go to a mineshaft and take chains from there. The crafting recipe should yield 6-12 chains instead of just one, especially since chains can be used in other recipes.

Similarly, maybe lanterns should only use 4 iron nuggets (in a diamond shape) instead of 8. It would be a good quality of life change.
