Allow mannequins to be interacted with

In Pre-Release 1 of 1.21.9, mannequins may now use different poses and custom descriptions.

It would be beneficial if mannequins supported an interaction field just like interaction entities and could respond to right-click interactions.

Why this matters:

  • Lets mannequins act as visible NPCs, shopkeepers, or quest givers without invisible entities or other hacks.
  • Enhances datapack and adventure map workflows by combining visuals and interaction into a single entity.
  • Keeps builds cleaner and easier to manage — no extra entities needed.

    yes! thee mannequin is meant to be a form of npc anyways!
