Tool Enchantment to Increase Mining Radius

An additional Enchantment idea for Shovels/Pickaxes called Excavator.

Excavator would come with 2 levels:

Excavator 1 - Increases mining radius to 3x3

Excavator 2 - Increases mining radius to 5x5

Wear on tools would remain the same as if each block were mined individually, but it would greatly help reduce the time mining large amounts of resources, or clearing large areas for builds.
