Minecon idea

Minecon should be a community-based event, organised in local parks, approved by Mojang and held by a local Minecraft community of that area. This is because Minecon has not been on since 2016, and there was even an unofficial MinecraftCon. This would really bring the Minecraft community together, and could be held during Minecraft Live so its streamed on a portable cinema-style screen in place of keynotes.
